I just bought something from your site. How long will it take to arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (in stock items only, check the item status on the product page) during the business week. Your order will be processed and shipped same business day if made before noon (12 p.m.) EST. Ship times are from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Most parts of Ontario and Quebec get next day delivery. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays, are not considered business days by NaughtyLittleSecret.com, or our shipping partners.

How much is shipping?
All shipping rates are determined based on weight, destination and service level. We charge Canada Post Small Business Rates x 1.1 of the order’s total weight (to account for dimensional weight) and only an additional $2.50 in handling fees. To calculate your order’s shipping charges, add all the items to your cart and it will show you the available shipping options on the checkout page.

How do my orders get processed?
Once you have received an order that you want us to fill on your behalf, login to your Drop Shipping account, and place the order for your customer. Each order that you receive is an order that you will make manually on our site. For quicker Check-Out, the Billing Address will be pre-set with your billing information, according to the information you provided when you signed up. Enter your customer’s information into the Shipping Address field. If you have regular customers that order from you frequently, you can check the ‘Save in address book’ box for their future orders. Once you have entered a Zip Code or Postal Code, the site will calculate the shipping costs. Proceed with payment and once the order has gone through, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once the shipment has left our facility, another invoice will be e-mailed to you with the tracking information.

Please note that all order fulfillment is done online, we do not accept orders via e-mail, phone or fax, as this service is automated to ensure the fastest fulfillment.

Will the order be shipped discreetly?
All packages are ‘brown box’ delivery, and 100% discreet. The outside contains a Packing List, which only lists the contents, nothing else. Our company name will not appear anywhere, nor will yours. This ensures optimum discretion for the consumer. Please note that we are not able to incorporate anything custom, such as your company’s name, logo or marketing materials with these shipments.

Can I save frequently used addresses?
You can edit and manage your addresses at anytime by clicking Address Book at the top of the home page. Ensure to click the blue Save Address button at the bottom to save any changes. We advise checking your information before ordering. When you are at the Check-Out page, there is a drop down menu of addresses to choose from. Please pay close attention to your Billing and Shipping Addresses before you submit an order, as we are not always able to change it once an order has gone through. If you have made an error, immediately e-mail your order confirmation and details to [email protected]
Under My Account, you can also edit your Addresses, and Change Password.

What is your return policy?
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

vibrators and dildos
douche/enema kits
anal toys, beads and plugs
cock and ball devices
cock rings and cock sleeves
gags and ropes
lingerie and men’s wear
Lubes, massage oils, condoms and body paints are also not returnable.

Defective or Damaged Goods
To return damaged or defective goods you need to get an RMA number. Click here to fill out a RMA request form.

Can I cancel my order?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please order carefully.

Can I save my credit card information on the site?
To avoid having to re-enter your credit card information every time you place an order, create a PayPal account and proceed using the PayPal payment method on the site. For security reasons, NaughtyLittleSecret.com does not store any credit card information on file.

What if I am having technical issues with the site?
